Gary Johnson Files Anti-Trust Lawsuit to Be Allowed in Presidential Debates

Very interesting suit.  the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) was set up by the Republican and Democratic parties to set up the rules for debates.  Johnson is asking the court to force the CPD to allow candidates who are on the ballot in enough states to achieve 270 electoral votes to participate in the debates.

His case is being argued by retired California Superior Court Judge Jim Gray.  It will be interesting to see where this one goes.
